Stori Bilong Kenneth Solomon

Kenneth is a volunteer and a focal point for Kafe Women’s Association in the Banana Block community in Goroka, Papua New Guinea. He is also a peace mediator in his community. Kenneth’s works takes him to remote communities usually where there are no government services, and where he conducts mediations when there is a dispute. He often feels that he is too young to be conducting mediation ceremonies related to sorcery accusations and he faces many challenges, but he is determined to contribute to peace in communities where he can. In his own community he takes care of displaced people and gives all he has to support them. Kenneth’s story is an inspiring story of a young leader with a strong passion for community work.
